After looking around the forums I think this is the wrong section @.@ I'm confused there's the free hosting which I have the premium, do I go to the free hosting for help? Is there a way to move this? Anyways, I have attached the user to the database.

I just got my services today, and am having issues connecting to the database, here's the error I get. Also I have checked multiple times with the credentials and everything. Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'heartla1_admin'@'198.91.87.236' (using password: YES)...

I cleared cache and tried it and got nothing, went through proxy and it worked. I also earlier before posting disabled firewall and tried it. Now unless you have to restart your computer to properly disable firewall then I don't know what's going on.

I'm unable to even get to the cPanel Page, and unable to access my website. When I log into x10 on main site, it says active, and unsuspended for my account status. Any thoughts? It's been this way for over a month I want to say, I just figured they were doing more updates or something.

That may be true here, but it's pretty unprofessional to not say it will be down. There are many sites around that update themselves, but still are up and working 100% for the viewers/customers. I don't mind it being down, they just need to add the status of what is being worked on.

They're quite vague as to rather or not it's working. Just because you're updating something, doesn't necessarily mean it won't work. They should say, "cPanel will be down." or "cPanel may be inoperable during this time."

I keep timing out myself.

I agree it's the best free host I've ever found. They have PHP and it's easy and fast to get your free account. Looking for any other host w/ PHP that is fast and easy to set up an account is impossible.

I've been trying to log into my cPanel for a while, is the Update a result of this? I didn't read it anywhere in the news, it just talks about how things might be a little funny while in the cPanel and stuffs. I know my Site has been unavailable due to the servers moving or whatevers.

-_- if it's such a big deal to you and you really want me to learn, all you have to do is write ONE page of mine "correctly" and then put a short comment of why. Kind of what that one thing said that you sent about the XML. "No idea what this is because file type wasn't specified at top"...
