Bump please help

I have multiple pages where I have php script to send me a mail message when the page is visited however they have randomly stopped working. I have not changed anything on the page nor have you posted any updates in the news feed for me to think it's a problem on the server. Help is appreciated...

I have checked & rechecked all permissions for the associated file and it's parent folders and I am still getting the error.

Ok thank you. Unfortunately I'm still getting the error and it does mention permissions as being a cause. Am I able to change these on my own?
