Hi there i just signed up again (first time failed for some unknown reason) and now the Account email confirmation is not comming to my e-mail address

Hi there i signed up yesterday and recieved the activation e-mail etc and i can sign in, but when i goto my control panel on the account after login in it comes up with an error and says to contact you, and or redo my account signup regards Mick
