Dead-I Hmmm...all I can tell you is: I downloaded it from http://www.phpvms.net/downloads from under the heading "Latest Version" and the link is "Download the full Version" which is archived in a .zip file. Is there a newer version than this or upgrade? I dont seem to be able to find one.
