Account Suspended?

I seem to have been suspended for reasons unknown to me.
My FTP can connect but I cannot log in to the main site - I get a notice as follows:

There's a Problem
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

• Removed for inactivity; or (I have been active in the account)
  
• Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or (Unaware of any terms violation)
  
• Requested to be deleted. (Did not request deletion)

The good news it that you may sign up again now. (Tried this - no joy)

I hate it when this happens, but it appears that I changed my login details and somehow forgot to note that change. This is quite embarassing.
