Have had so much trouble using this service.
Most recently haven't been able to access cPanel to update web pages, and the system won't let me post a support ticket. This has been going on for well over a week now.
In the past our web site is often going down and now our patience is waring...
We've been trying to update our web site but the control panel won't let us log in.
