You closed my post, but it was not resolved. I used to use cPanel to login, but they transferred my account to x10hosting host panel, which may have something to deal with it all. It is definitely j9design as my username. I am able to login to the x10hosting with this name but it is not able...

My account cpanel username is j9design. Please let me know the exact reason for the termination. When I do sign up for a new account, it is not letting me choose the co.cc domain name ending, so I think it is hopeless if I can't keep the one I have.
