Thank you! By resetting the password, it helps. I also realized that I need to use the cPanel in order to access my file, not through any FTP software.

Not sure what went wrong. I enter my website with and without ftp in front of it. Use the same log in as cPanel. Still does not work. Sigh!

My hard drive was crashed, I need to update my website. How can I access my website files via FTP? Thanks! Jessie jessiemccann@yahoo.com
