I am able to connect via the ftp client but not so for the c panel button. Can I check whether it is supposed to be the case here? I've changed the A records but as a result reverted the name servers to my 3rd party name servers. can i check whether there is a need to update the name servers...

Hi anna thanks for the quick reply. I'm afraid that I am still facing the same issue when I try to access my c-panel. Does this got to do with my domain being 3rd party name servers?

when i login to my c-panel i receive this message and am unable to continue. May i know what is wrong with it?
