Looks like your account didn't transfer properly, but it was working up until recently due to the fact the old severs was still online. Now that they have been decommissioned this caused your domain to stop working.

I'll restore the account from our most recent backup that was taken just before the servers was taken offline.

I'll post back when I have done so, should be about 20 minutes if all goes well.

Ps. this type of issue is best reported immediately.

The backup has now been restored onto the server and your account should be good to go again
Let me know if there's something not looking right.

Remember to update A records if you have any domain that use third party name servers (ie cloudflare, registrars or other). The IP for your server is: 198.91.81.13

Hi anna thanks for the quick reply. I'm afraid that I am still facing the same issue when I try to access my c-panel. Does this got to do with my domain being 3rd party name servers?

Assuming you login through the main login, how your domain is pointed does not matter at all regarding logins (you need to update for the site to work however.

I found your IP to be blocked in the firewall, I have removed the block now.

I am able to connect via the ftp client but not so for the c panel button. Can I check whether it is supposed to be the case here?

I've changed the A records but as a result reverted the name servers to my 3rd party name servers. can i check whether there is a need to update the name servers again because i remembered doing so to point it to
(ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com) in the past.

If you had our name severs, that means you were not using a third party name server (A record properly pointed would work, but for full advantage of emails etc having our name servers is often easier).

You are correct in what the name servers are.

Try login in now please.

Your site loads fine for me, although since you have a redirect to the https version I did get an error, which is expected as that would use the server certificate that doesn't match your domain.

Keep in mind that any DNS changes can take a little time to propagate properly, so you may just need to wait a little for it to sort in your end.

There's two option to get it truly secure without having any errors on the site about certificate not matching your domain.

The first, and only free option, is to utilize CloudFlares proxy server and their universal SSL certificate, the site will load on https and be secure.

The other option is upgrading to our premium hosting where you can get your own certificate and use for your domain. For the longer pre-paid periods (2 and 3 years) a full certificate and a dedicated IP are included in the price, as well as a domain (you can chose to renew and move the current domain over to us or get a new one).
