I'm having difficulty setting up a new addon domain to my account. The domain "benirwinmusic.com" is currently pointing to ns1.x10hosting.com, but all I see is the Apache error message. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise. Thanks!

Hm, it appears that my x10 subdomain is going to the right place, but none of my addon domains are. When I ping http://sfc.x10hosting.com/ I go to 69.175.77.66, but I get errors trying to ping http://www.kelvinchan.co.cc/

I didn't touch a thing until the status said that everything was completed. Then when I logged in everything was blank!
