I'm not getting the reset email too and would appreciate help on it.
I have tried the reset link at https://x10hosting.com/reset
And still can access to my directadmin...
The admin has kindly help to provide the access to the directadmin.
In the direct admin, I think my ftp account for the main account is still suspended.
I would appreciate if the main ftp account can be unsuspended too.

I can login to the x10hosting.com/sso/main with my email and password.
From there I found my username and server and try to access the directadmin site at
https://x??.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN
Howver, it's always telling me my login details is wrong.
