done that via webdisk and still the same. i cant rename the htaaccess using the file manager web interface. if i refresh the folder on web interface a new .htaaccess will be created again.

i did. that was done yesterday when i changed the name servers. there is no redirects according to the control panel(in the domain management side). does it take sometime to take effect? the thing is that i can login to cpanel using my domain... simonpiong.com:2082 but i cant access my website...
