I Still Have this issue after 4 days I guess I will have to delete this account and find another free hosting unless I can get it fixed!! Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I created a database but then realised I need it to be another name then I tried to rename it however it didnt work so I tried to delete it and make a new One. I click on mysql database in the cPanel and it hangs for a minute and says the mysql server is offline with this error...

Figured it out I had to give the user permission to access database.

Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (42000/1044): Access denied for user I get this warning when I try to connect to my db here is the url: http://game.ferentus.elementfx.com/ I dont know what I am doing wrong seemed like it should have been a pretty straight forward process?

I recently was in the process of deleting my account but change my mind. I logged in and it said I could stop this action. I clicked on the link and the after a few seconds it said continue I tried that and it sent me right back to the same thing about aborting the cancellation! What can I do?
