Cant get to Mysql to create new database!

I created a database but then realised I need it to be another name then I tried to rename it however it didnt work so I tried to delete it and make a new One. I click on mysql database in the cPanel and it hangs for a minute and says the mysql server is offline with this error:

"Mysql::initcache() failed: The adminbin “cpmysql” in the “Cpanel” namespace call to function “DBCACHE” ended prematurely: The subprocess reported error number 255 when it ended." can anyone help please I looked for the issue but couldnt find anything. Thanks in advance.

I Still Have this issue after 4 days I guess I will have to delete this account and find another free hosting unless I can get it fixed!! Anyone know how to fix this problem?
