I am wondering if it is possible to create FTP account using my own addon domain .Not only using the default domain. Is that possible?

my subdomain link is nbl.nbl.x10.mx/ does not work. but when i visit nbl.x10.mx/nbl the folder for the subdomain it works. what is the problem?

I am using x3 theme. It says: "Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

so how long it will take? and where is the actual problem?
