FTP account using Addon Domain

I am wondering if it is possible to create FTP account using my own addon domain .Not only using the default domain. Is that possible?

Yes it is - you need to link the add-on FTP account to your "Addon" Domain in cPanel

I tried. But I think it is not possible. I can not use my addon domain to create ftp accounts

The ftp account will always be created in the form: account@maindomain.x10.mx.
That would be how cPanel works, and nothing we can change.
