I know about the login once every 30 days. I was in the hospital and couldn't login in. I need this or the data that was on it because it has my invoices and need them for tax purposes! I will do whatever I need to do to retrieve that data! Please let me know.....
Can someone check to make sure and if so, remove it again. I tried to logging to direct admin and this happened. I can load everything on my phone so I'm positive that's the issue...
I now think I am IP banned again... DirectAdmin has asked me to login in several times and I have to go all the way back to the sso/main to do so. Now I cant access anything.
@Anna . I think either I fixed my issue by editing the DNS records and removing the dots at the end of the my host name and ip where its directed to.... My domain looked like this alittlehvac.x10.bz. and I removed the dot at the end of them and its seems to be working. Same thing with the...
So I think I may have found the issue but I cant fix it myself.... This is what it says in my invoice software as for pdf exporting... If someone could take a look at this for me, I would greatly appreciate it!!
Ok, UPDATE for @Anna ... I have figured it out... I am now able to access everything once again. It was something I had that was changing the password on my end like google or what ever..... Sorry to be a bother...
Ok, So its ONLY PDF export thats not working. Without access to file manager, I cant edit any php code either. So I am going to just wait it out I guess...
