Yes for the domain but it has to be the .x10.mx or whatever sub domain you choose when you signup. As for the username I don't believe thats an option that they will change

Have you tried reinstalling

try uploading an image then screen shot it so I can see the error message

try uploading them to you Wp content then themes sometimes WP bugs out

have you tried logging in to your cpanel to check if the fils were deleted
