When i go into cpanel, and try to compress my whole site into a zip archive, it wont do it....can an admin copy my sites contents into a zip archive, and put it in my profile?? also, is there anyway to like remove a ban from my history...?

Hey. My website was suspended, but i was able to get it unsuspended. i was becuase of high system resources. but i dont understand how, when all it is is a wordpress blog....what can i do to lower the resource usage??

Okay, this is my second post, that did not get solved.my website, i just got done making, when i go to my website, occasionally i get an internal server error...and its really annoying. all i did was mess with the htaccess (which is now currently blank) and it started doing this. is there a way...

i get it on occasionally....like when i click on the blog posts, i somtimes get it.
