Admin needed - backing up

When i go into cpanel, and try to compress my whole site into a zip archive, it wont do it....can an admin copy my sites contents into a zip archive, and put it in my profile?? also, is there anyway to like remove a ban from my history...?

You can't remove a ban from your history and it won't compress since it may take a lot of resources..
