I have to changed my hosting service and changed my nameservers to it but can't migrate to the other

It since 3 days i have changed it

my addon domain is pradeepbhandari.com it is opening finely but what the main problem is i have changed my ns server in my domain but still its opening how ?

Any one can help my Cpanel in not opening and i have problem with my addon domain. If i delete it will i be able to redo it

I have registered Google Apps for my domain now i have to activate Email service for my custom domain how to do it can any one Help me. What the problem is i am able to send mail but unable to receive mails :( :confused:
