Problem with my Cpanel and Addon Domain

Any one can help my Cpanel in not opening and i have problem with my addon domain.
If i delete it will i be able to redo it

Are you telling you changed host.Dns propagation may take time

I have to changed my hosting service and changed my nameservers to it but can't migrate to the other

I show his eNom whois shows nameservers at HOSTINGATEASE , not x10hosting.
And the site that comes up is not hosted here either.

I flushed my DNS and its working as you stated.Pointing to some other host as Descalzo said.
