k.. but i dont get it!! on the installing of IPB it says "License Key (Optional) it gives you more features" or something like that soo ya i dont get it...

OK so, Hello im an admin of a small forum. And my forum runs IPB 3.1.2 and at my house the site works fine but when i try to get on the site at a school i always get an error saying "Could not determine your ip address" !?!?!? So im wondering if its the hosting or the software please help...
