No this is way differnt As you can see it says if you been wrongly suspended please create a support ticket. so I did, this is to get unsuspended by an admin i can contact.

When ever I try to visit my site it says Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration How do I reach an admin to unsuspend.
