My problem is fixed and was my fault. It was my browser not allowing the pop up to load.

To back up my wordpress database I need to log into phpMyAdmin yes? But when I click on Extra Features and phpMyAdmin, I get the following error: Cannot execute your request phpMyAdmin is missing direct_login_option. Please reinstall phpMyAdmin. How do I back up my database?
