cgi-bin access forbidden when using contact form on site

I have a form on my site at http://www.scotlandbackpacking.com/contact.html it has worked for months but now I find when I use the submit button I get the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/send.pl on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Anyone know why this is happening? Sorry for the bold type, it won't seem to turn off! Thanks.

Oh dear, I think I may have found the answer... is it correct that you no longer allow use of cgi_bin on free hosting?

Cgi-bin /Perl / Python are disabled on the free hosting servers due to abuse.
I am not sure exactly when that policy was implemented, but it has been like that for some time now.
Cgi-bin / Perl / Python are available on the Illuminated and Premium plans.

Thanks for verifying this. I can't remember the last time I received mail as it was infrequent but was quite a few months ago.
