If you wish to have a good experience whilst being with x10hosting, whether on the free or payed plans. I would recommend following the following tips.
  1. Weekly Backups - Create weekly backups on your desktop or other hard-drive, they do not do it for you, nor are they obligated to.
a. This will ensure that if something happens to your website, you know for a fact it can be recovered.​
  2. Detail - When creating a post regarding you needing help, or a ticket, be as in-depth as possible.
a. It will allow the community to help you better, as well as potentially get your problem solved faster.​
  3. DIY - Before you go and ask for help or anything from the community, search for the problem yourself.
a. Google will usually show a thread or another solution for what you're experiencing, and you will most likely be able to solve it faster if you do.​
  4. Cloudflare - x10 offers the ability to use Cloudflare on your websites. Use it; it will increase your speed and performance of the website, as well as help secure it a smidgen better.
