Can some one explain to me why my Public_html domain in cPanel is missing? When visiting my site it shows the defualtwebpage.cgi instead http://stanleyyork.x10.bz/ Please help

I cannot see my website! I am a free hosting customer and un-suspended, address: http://stanleyyork.x10.bz. When visiting the website it just come up with a blank page, and i can't access C-Panel

why is it i am limmeted to uploading only 16MB via FTP and 64MB via CPannel?

is there any way i can upload more than 16mb to my website as wordpress only limmits u to 16mb and i would like to add files to download?
