i have just installed wordpress using fantastico and i cannot acces the site or the admin site

Are you having a problem seeing the default page? Considering that is what I got while trying to view your site, it's probably an issue with the VHosts list on the server not applying the changes to the domain yet. Give it a few hours and it should start working again.

I believe you are referring to "favicon".
