Receiving 500 internal server error @ http://tilaarmyhotspot.com/home on VOX2 server.

So this will work if I have my wordpress files in .tk directory? Or do I need to move my files over to the .com one?

How do I change my domain from tilaarmyhotspot.tk/ to tilaarmyhotspot.com/ on Wordpress? my .com domain is already pointing to x10hosting nameservers.
