I made a big mistake and ended up with 2 accounts. I want to have only 1 account on x10hosting

"All of our paid plans are strictly no-refunds..."
Is very easy to deny a refund ....... The value is already in their pockets.....
I have not had the same luck as you..... I PAYED for Illuminated and since 14/ABR I'm having troubles until today:
I'm still on free servers.......
I ask to give up this plan and get my money back, but x10hosting said me:

now, after change to the Illuminated Plan the problems were greater. Those years
I had some problems with Free Plan....
Unfortunately after the problems with the Illuminated Plan, I want to give...

"Your hosting account tomson has been successfully upgraded to our Illuminated service."

I upgraded free hosting to illuminated - pay $60 by PayPal.
