Ehmmm after reading it properly, it seems like your current registrar just holding domain registration but not providing hosting. Actually this pretty simple, you can move your domain to new host by getting domain secret from current registrar or just simply point your NameServer to new server...

You cannot modify forum and cpanel username, but simple solution just recreate one. Then you can let the admin know delete. But of course it will be nice if the admin want to change for you ... but they won't as the rest will start asking. haha
