I want to publish advertisement in my site from online ad company.
Can anyone suggest me whose are better.

Google's Adsense's easy and pretty good as it's automatic and targetted. It probably depends on what your site is as to what the users will be interested in clicking on.

If I'm not mistaken you mean to get paid by displaying people ads on your website right? So basically become ads publisher? You might want to try google and bidvertiser
