Hello. Thanks for your help. All has gone well this week for FTP uploads http://tinyurl.com/mp3sxrt and the website is nearly 100% uploaded I am getting the 'disk quota exceeded' message on the FTP panel. Everything else seems to be OK

Did large FTP session yesterday but it sputtered out, last thing. Working again today, but sputtered out, then gave Now getting 'Disk Quota Exceeded'

OK as of today 2014-NOV-12 website is up and serving OK. After a few minutes upload session with FileZilla.EXE the uploads stopped and eventually I saw the errmsg "Disk Quota Exceeded". My guess is that because there is a 1GB limit on 'new' accounts I have hit the 1GB limit. I figured this would...

Hello - I had to finish last night and go home. Returning this AM, I just tried FileZilla.EXE and it worked - files were uploading right away. So what ever was wrong, it was fixed during the night. All should be easy from now on as I just have to wait for the FTP software to shunt the files up...

Yup - using both

OK ClassicFTP.EXE gives "mitteleuropa.X10.mx site is OK. Unable to logon with username and password" Which means we are half way there.

It has to be something simple which is wrong. Trying with ClassifFTP.EXE from scratch.

OK used settings as above in Dreamweaver.EXE, which is more biddable than FileZilla.EXE, but when I hit the 'test' button it just bounces. Any ideas ? Once FTP works, we are there. Although it would be useful if x10hosting can waive the 1-month limits on the website so I can just leave the FTP...

I tried it just now and I can see now see the INDEX.HTML page serving. Must have been a delay in showing through to whatever machine serves the .HTML up to the public. I need a break and then I going to have a go at getting the FTP working. Thanks for your help.
