Hi It's been a few day I cannot access the control panel or my website via ftp, also website is not loading. When I login it says : Sign in Successful Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account. Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel.. Nothing happens and returns...

No nothing changed.. my other domains I have work fine, just those 2 don't work ...

unfortunately no I don't know the server name wonderblunt.x10.mx and dmg.x10.mx are my domains..

I have the same problem with a different account also and started a week after setting it up..

yes I'm sure, at log in say login successful then tries to load cpanel and times out.. a few day's a go had a page that showed a message thank you for installing the new cpanel .. I though they were doing updates or something but now this is been too long...

It's not a browser problem I tried them all, even using ftp program won't connect.. The problem ain't on my end..

Hi So fannaly I have access, I don't know if it has to do with the things I did (reboot modem router, turn firewall off and on ...) but I can access the folder I needed via ftp and see it online :) Thanks for your assistance bdistler very much appreciated!!
