Can't access control panel or website

Hi It's been a few day I cannot access the control panel or my website via ftp, also website is not loading.
When I login it says :
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel..

Nothing happens and returns page cannot be displayed.
I have 2 accounts like this: wonderblunt.x10.mx and dmg.x10.mx

I think I've ran into that situation before when I was logging into my hosting accounts control panel; it depends on what connection host you're on when you were trying to log in to your account.

Have you tried logging in at different Internet areas (like a library, classroom, etc.) or using a different ISP prior to logging in to your hosting account (to see if there has been any difference)?

That would mean my IP is blocked and don't understand why it would be...

I wouldn't make that conclusion just yet; I believe that if your IP was blocked, you'd possibly run into a notice saying so. My first assumption would be a connection problem in general with the ISP that you were using as you were attempting to log into your hosting account's CP.

When I go to the sites, in the first URL I get this error

Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL.

The 2nd URL appears to be running correctly

My suggestion, clear your cache and restart your browser

Well I rebooted my modem router and all is back to normal...
Next time if ever again.. that's the first thing I'll try..

I couldn't see the first one but the second one I was able to get to it, I really like that page.
