I saw hosting actions and I had three pending actions. Two for unsuspension and one for password update. I tried to resend them, but I get an error. Now it says "You have no hosting account actions pending."

Both times I received this message: "Hey there! Your x10Hosting client account password has just been successfully changed through our account panel. You can access the client account panel using the following URL: http://x10hosting.com/control"

I tried in the three of them, with no luck... I can get into my account management center, but not cpanel... that's why I find it weird that using the same account username (flsalina) I can't get into cpanel or ftp client.

I'm terribly mad. It's about two months now since I can't login through cpanel and I received no solution yet. I have updated my password about two or three times now, but no luck with cpanel (it says "login attempt failed!"). Since I had no way to get in, I tried to connect through my ftp...

I still can't login and I need to upload a new index... how can I upload without cpanel???

I did that and no luck yet with cpanel.

When I try to login using the "login to cpanel" button it gets the message "Login Attempt Failed!" There's no option to get the password, to change it, nothing at all. You just can't login.

I would like to change something in my website, but I'm unable to login. I tried with both my hosting and forum account, but it doesn't let me get in.

I checked that boru is offline, but since when? I can't access my website from two weeks ago although I got my website unsuspended since then. Will I have my website working again when boru is back or I'll have another kind of problem?

It seems that my website was suspended, but I don't know why. You sent a warning, so I opened right away the forum. Regardless of that, I can't open my website now... ¿What happened? Thanks.
