With the free hosting there's no option to get that up start.
You start out with 0.5gb, and can get increases as needed incremental, but the account first need to be using 75% of the current allotment, be at least 7 days old (and for consecutive increases to be granted there needs to be some time in between requests) and in good standing with the Terms of Service.
Your account isn't even a full day old right now and doesn't appear to have any attempt to start building a website.
The only way to get started with a higher diskspace is by signing up, and paying, for our premium hosting.

I made my WP localy and want to try it. Backup had originaly 1,5GB now I deleted some things and it has only 430MB but I am affraid that after extraction it will be bigger... and as feedback it would be great to have option to buy storage just for a week. You know as a microtransaction. I think that a lot of people would use it...

If you buy the starter plan at $11.95 per year you get to start of at 1gb diskspace.
Can only be paid through paypal though and would be set as a subscription where you automatically pay the following year unless you cancel the subscription on your paypal.
There has been talks about different perks and options for small fees, but as of yet there's nothing other then the starter plan available as an option between free hosting and premium hosting.
