Hello,

1-a- I can't reach my homepage -> browser error -> can't reach the page -> webhulp.x10.bz
1-b- I can't login to my control panel x12.x10hosting.com -> same browser error as above
How to fix this problems?

2- What are the IMAP in- and outgoing mail servers with port and security details to add to mail client Thunderbird.

I need to know these details for Thunderbird.
What do I have to enter in ...:
a- incoming server name + port + security connection (STARTTLS or SSL/TSL) + authentication connection (normal pw or encrypted pw or 0Authh2 ...)
b- outgoing server name + port + security connection (STARTTLS or SSL/TSL) + authentication connection (normal pw or encrypted pw or 0Authh2 ...)

port: 993
security: ssl
authentication: plain/normal

SMTP Secure (outgoing)
server name: same as incoming
port: 587
security: STARTTLS
authentication: plain/normal

Your IP address was blocked for failing to access these accounts.

I have unblocked the IP. However, you will need to make sure you are using the correct information going forward to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I think my IP is blocked again ... Is it possible to unblock my IP again please? Sorry for all these problems ...
It seems I cannot add an new account in Thunderbird ..

Therefor some more questions:

1- How to change password for login into control panel and email account?

2- Is the full name and password I have to enter the same as the login password for entering the control panel?
Is the full name an email address or the name I entered when I signed in ( = webhulp )

3- Is the password of login the control panel the same as the email password or are they different?

The instructions would depend on if you created a separate standalone email address (ie. user@example.com) or if you intend to the default system created one.

1. that password can be changed when logged into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/panel and then clicking the name of your service, you will then see 3 buttons, change password, hosting control panel, and upgrades

2. the full name is the email address (ie. user@example.com)

Hello,

First of all I want to say "Thank you Erik S for unblocking my IP and mrburnsx for to good support !"

Now I don't dare to add the email address (-> *********@webhulp,x10.bz ) in Thunderbird or it gets blocked again.
What do you suggest ... is it possible that you reset the e.g. password for -> *********@webhulp.x10.bz. ?
because I think it has to do with the password.
Or do you have another suggestion to solve the getting blocked?

You can change email password for mailbox you created in hosting control panel

Email Manager > Email Accounts

click the + button near the account ************@webhulp.x10.bz > change password

But with the outgoing emails, I get an error ->"Sending of the message failed.
The message couldn't be sent because the connection to the outgoing server (SMTP)
mail.webhulp.x10.bz timed out. Try again"
.
When I try again, I always get the same error message.
I used the details you gave me of the SMTP outgoing server as you described above.
What can be the problem and how to solve this?

i can see from our logs you are using the wrong details for SMTP sending. You will need to recheck your email settings you are using on your local client vs the password and information you setup via your DirectAdmin panel.

Hello,

I deleted the account in Thunderbird and remade it but still getting the same error.
Thunderbird automatically finds and enters the in- and outgoing server with settings/details.
So can you see in the logs what setting is wrong please?

There must be an error in the IMAP and SMTP details!

IMAP Secure (incoming)
server name: your domain or the server address you are in
port: 993 --> 143 --> this port works not 993
security: ssl --> STARTTLS --> this security works not ssl
authentication: plain/normal

SMTP Secure (outgoing) --> with these settings I get above error message ... failed
server name: same as incoming
port: 587
security: STARTTLS
authentication: plain/normal
