Your site is not very 2.0ish, and i dont like the brick on the navigation bar. I dont like the colors on where the article links are, as they dont really match your site. That site is actually powered by a cms, and that theme you would probably have to buy. I am currently building one from...

i like the whole site, template is very modern, but there is a lot of wasted space in the header, it makes users scroll down for the content, the smaller the navigation bar, usually the better. Good Luck sidd90!

the navigation bar on the left i like quite a bit, the rest of the site is good, not great, the only problem is the logo, it really stands out against the background, it looks like you coped some code and just threw on a logo you took a minute in photoshop to make Redo the logo! Good Luck...
