This appears to be resolved because I can load that page just fine. There are no redirects as far as I can tell right now. If it's still giving you problems, try clearing your browser's cache.

This kind of suspension means that you uploaded a proxy script to your hosting account, not for using one. Are you saying that you never uploaded a proxy to your account?

This is a known problem. There's not much x10hosting can do about this because of past abusers. I've seen suggestions about using google apps to send email through a gmail account instead to get around this.

It's because you still have an account existing for that email address. I see that your request for account deletion was escalated, but it hasn't been carried out yet. You can't create a new account until that one is deleted. They will get to your escalated ticket asap.

Due to frontpage being a very old program, try to use ftp to upload your site instead.
