    Oh sorry, it's my mistake. When I used a different whois search, the nameservers are correct even though the one I used previously still shows different nameservers.

    I don't know how it's redirecting to x10hosting.com's homepage, it's a little baffling. When I did a whois search, I see the result of the nameservers being for a different hosting site. Change those nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com instead.

    I see that you're using wordpress. I've read that caching plugins cause a lot of the high resource use suspensions.

    It appears that you've unsuspended yourself already. What is unclear about the suspension reason that you quoted? Perhaps you should review the TOS as it's stated there about the activity requirement. Logins to the account panel and cPanel don't count as activity.
