After your account is created, just log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then change your main domain from there. You can always use the same steps to change your account's main domain at any time.

There's major maintenance going on right now, so it might interfere with installations every now and again. My only advice is to keep trying.

Log into your account panel here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php Then click on Hosting at the top (ignore the menu that pops up). You'll be able to see your hosting details from there.

Check your hosting account details in your account panel. It'll say specifically whether or not you are currently suspended. To get there, click on Hosting at the top (ignoring the menu that pops up).

Just click Hosting at the top, nothing from the menu the word Hosting is a link itself. Your hosting account details will then appear. One place in the details will say whether or not you are suspended. Reply back if you are suspended or not.

I thought they eliminated Fantastico a long time ago. Try and use Softaculous instead.

Sorry, I'm not an account manager. All I can say is to keep trying to unsuspend your account. The errors are probably happening because of the server moves.
