Yes, I'm using http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ for cPanel, but it still says "Login Attempt Failed!"

I can't log in to cPanel (tells me I have the wrong username/pass), and my site (toadeh.net) also has an "Error establishing a database connection" error message.
