thanks for the response. i havent added the domain in cpanel because i cant acces cpanel, i just tried to change it at the main domain thing in the account panel. i think i may just make another account.

i tried to change my domain name and cpanel password and neither have changed. it says to wait until they change to try and log in, but it appears they are changed since they are no longer in the queue at the bottom of the page. is there another page to check the status of these or should they...

are you sure the free hosting and paid hosting usernames are the same? i'm trying to login with my free account and it's not working.

k thanks for the info guys, i have another question though. do i need to download and re upload all my files and sql databases when i upgrade? i'm ordering the upgrade right now. will it just transfer all my files over to the new server for me or what?

i'm thinking about getting paid hosting here, but i'm concerned about the amount of downtime there has been with the free hosting. is the paid hosting downtime anywhere near the free hosting's? also, could i get an example of how often the paid hosting was down in the past month and how long...

the servers seem to be down. i couldnt connect to my website at all and now it just says it cant connect to the mysql database. how much longer will the servers be down?
