domain and cpanel password not updating

i tried to change my domain name and cpanel password and neither have changed. it says to wait until they change to try and log in, but it appears they are changed since they are no longer in the queue at the bottom of the page. is there another page to check the status of these or should they change right away? thanks.

changes should be rather quick and change almost right away, at least within a few minutes in the normal case. If there's no pending password change showing under "Change cPanel Password" that would imply the change is completed.

what domain are you trying to change to? Note that the domain you want to put as your main domain can not be added as parked or add on domain in cPanel.

thanks for the response. i havent added the domain in cpanel because i cant acces cpanel, i just tried to change it at the main domain thing in the account panel. i think i may just make another account.

each individual are only allowed one free hosting account, so that would be breaking the TOS.

I'm gonna move this up to ticket area to be discussed more privately. We can change the password for you.

I want to change my forum account password. I dont find an option to do that in UserCP. Kindly assist me regarding the same. Thanks.

ajalbijal, you click on usercp at the top and then choose "Edit Email & Password" and follow the steps
