I opened a ticket some hours ago, because my Wordpress site (at Starka) appears blank and I also can't access to cPanel.

La relación calidad/precio es muy buena. :) Eso lo han cambiado, ahora ya no cuenta el participar en los foros, lo que hay que hacer es entrar en el panel de administración de la cuenta (no el CPanel).

Está claro que el problema es del widget, entonces. Puede ser simplemente que te has equivocado al configurarlo o, en el peor de los casos, que usa algún tipo de funcionalidad para enviar los correos, no disponible en el hosting. Repasa los parámetros, por si acaso, pero lo más probable es que...

Yo diría que sería peor (en caso de que pudieses hacerlo, que no sé si se puede).
