The license issue with x11 should be resolved now, the expired message just went away for me.

In addition to what was said above, the only other way to have Cloudflare (this one is semi-supported) only applies to users who were migrated from cPanel (Cloudflare Partner Setup) and who had previously setup Cloudflare while on cPanel.

You can log directly into phpmyadmin. You can get to it by going to /phpmyadmin when at your domain. Lately that has not been working too great lately on sites directly, so I get to it the alternate way which is server.x10hosting.com/phpmyadmin (replace server with your server name)
