So github.io redirects to pages.github.com/?(null). github.io has nothing to do with x10 free service! What domain were you using on the x10 services? To clear/change dns records, you would go to the domain registrar.

Try signing out of the panel, clearing browser history/cache and restarting the browser, then unsuspending again.

I do not think local value can be changed. That open_basedir field is there for something. I think it is a way to edit php.ini. As a user we have a htaccess file. Not sure what you're trying to achieve. I'd say the Directadmin documentation would have the purpose of the empty field. The php.net...
